About Me
My journey has been built through many years of training and practice. I have developed a practice that honors the innate wisdom of the body and its capacity to restore balance. Each person I work with teaches me something new about the unique paths of healing.

My Approach
I have founded a registered charity “Art de vivre” (Association loi 1901) with the intention and hope to create a better and happier life for people.
I am a multidisciplinary healer who integrates traditional wisdom with contemporary therapeutic practices. As a certified Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic and reflexology therapist trained through Bioveda Institute and ARYM, I bring together diverse modalities to address your unique needs. My formal training in art therapy (PROFAC) and neuroaffective touch therapy allows me to create holistic treatment experiences that honor the connection between body, mind, and creative expression.
My journey has taken me through rigorous training in both India and France, where I’ve developed expertise in Pranic healing and Reiki. This diverse background allows me to craft individualized treatment plans that respond specifically to your needs and healing journey.
Philosophy of Practice
I believe Ayurveda is not simply a treatment but a lifestyle—a comprehensive approach to wellbeing that encompasses nourishing food, restful sleep, and the harmonious movement of energy throughout your body and mind.
In my practice, massage and psycho-somatic touch become what the French call “Art de Vivre”—the art of living. This philosophy recognizes that healing touch is not merely therapeutic but an essential component of a well-lived life, bringing presence, connection, and renewal to our everyday experience.
Personalized Healing
Every session begins with attentive listening to understand your specific needs. Whether you seek physical relief, emotional balance, creative expression, or spiritual growth, I draw from my diverse toolkit to create a personalized approach that resonates with your unique healing path.
